Job responsibilities:

• Oversees the identification and evaluation of risks and controls within IT.
• Plan and perform an IT risk and control self-assessment to ensure that RCSA findings are consistent with established bank policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners by providing guidance and addressing questions and concerns.
• Assists in overseeing the risk handling processes (risk acceptance, risk transfer, risk elimination) performed by organizations and departments.
• Implement IT steering committee recommendations (change management, new activities, new processes, vendors, new technologies (cloud computing), etc.) and share views on ICT risks.
• Conduct independent tests and challenges for first lines of defense (IT and operations) and monitor/perform second lines of defense testing/vulnerability scans as needed.
• Supporting organizational management and risk stakeholders in incident and crisis management (security incidents, data breaches, etc.). It presents key points so that you can draw attention to risk management. Good knowledge of ICT risks and relevant framework conditions.
• ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT. Relevant skills to provide complex technology risk assessments in regulated sectors, preferably financial services, including technology upgrades, decommissioning and obsolescence management Other tasks assigned by the administrator.

Qualification:    

Minimum 16 year of education in Information Technology or equivalent from HEC recognized institution.

Experience: The ideal candidate must have at least 02 years of relevant technology experience
