Chief Finance Officer (Karachi)

Job Description

Sona Corp is a family office investing in listed equities, real estate and venture capital in Pakistan. It also invests in real estate and stock markets outside Pakistan. Our growing company needs a trusted and organised individual as our Chief Financial Officer to manage our financial and operational needs. A small team reports to his CFO.

Salary : PKR. 175,000 - 250,000 /Month

 The Candidate will be responsible to do the following daily:

• Monitoring of daily financial transactions within the company (management report)
• Review daily, monthly and quarterly management reports and submit to senior management in a timely manner
• Ensure that business processes, controls and financial controls are checked and functioning properly.
•  Make sure your accounting software is always up to date and ready to report to management. 
• Direct planning and forecasting activities to achieve business and organisational goals. Check your financial report.
• Review financial forecasts. Monitor financial details to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyse your income, expenses, cash flow and balance sheet. Management support in financial decision making.
• Overseeing the finance and administration team. Explore ways to improve reporting of financial data to management. 
• Confirm and process company payments. Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and corporate documents. 
• Participate in implementing procedures, policies and system changes to facilitate business expansion, compliance and scaling.
• Preference will be given to candidates with ACCA, ICMA or similar accreditation.
