16 years of education or higher degree in Economics/ Business Economics/ Business/Public Administration from a HEC recognized Institute.
Minimum 04 years of post-qualification relevant experience and better understanding of planning and development of capacity building initiatives and should have good analytical skills.
Working knowledge of Local Governments Systems will be an added advantage.
Maximum age limit is 45 years.
